Hello and Welcome.

So happy you found me! 

 

With so much information and a plethora of sites available, it's hard to get a niche in the right spot. 

This spiritual blog is just a little something to help and guide you, whether you are feeling happy or blue. Either way, finding time to love and care for yourself and others will always help your 'self' feel like a better person. A more mindful, thoughtful and loving being.

Take some time to read through my blogs and then take some extra time for yourself. Time to reflect on the thoughts and readings you have come across today. How does this fit in with your day today?

 

Take time to sit in silence. Silence is powerful. Often times the silence is where you hear the most.

When I am writing, this is the part of me that is free to just, well, be me. I can write whatever I want in any way that comes through my mind. No one is there to judge but me. When the words flow onto the paper, that's when everything changes. All previous thoughts, ideas or wonders have now become cemented in written word. Clearly in black and white, (or whatever color you choose to use). Some of the time, editing is necessary, but for the most part, once those words exit the vastness of my brain and are down on paper (or typed into the keyboard) they remain. No longer a thought, but actual words written on paper. Writing helps to focus your mind on anything that may be on your mind. Like cataloging the items for future reference.

 

When was the last time you took time to write down your most intimate thoughts? Getting them out of your head and down on paper helps you to better understand yourself and how you think. Try it.
